Hello, My name is Dale Cassett, sole proprietor of New World Painting & Decorating. I started in the finishing trade in 1983 working as a helper to a very skilled, multi talented tradesman. I worked closely with him for eight years, learning the do's and don'ts of the finishing process. In 1991, he relocated and I started working for larger companies. Although I learned a lot from them as well, it just wasn't the same as the small company atmosphere I was used to. In 1994, I set out on my own with the idea that with a few good guys and a good plan I could do large scale production with a small company.
